Diamonds.com is located in Las Vegas, Nevada. So in compliance with the state tax law, they are required only to collect sales tax on orders shipped within the state of Nevada. They do not charge sales tax for shipments to any other state.

Orders are normally processed by diamonds.com as they are received. Diamonds they have in stock are shipped within 1 or 2 days provided payment is verified. In the case of a diamond that requires setting then the order would take longer. Generally around 5 to 7 business days.
Diamonds.com deliver orders within the United States, and its territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands) only.
If you are overseas you will need to visit set up a mail forwarding account with other external service providers such as US Global Mail for example, and then you can place an order with diamonds.com using the US mailing address acquired.
Diamonds.com ship to the billing address only unless specified differently at the time the order is placed. If you want to ship to a different address you will need to advise your credit card company (if paying by credit card) and have this address added to your account. Diamonds.com offer a 30-day warranty against manufacturer defect of the item. According to diamonds.com, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from receipt of the order provided the item is in the same condition as it was received. No questions will be asked and you will receive a complete refund of the purchase price of the piece (excluding the shipping charges). Upon receipt of the returned item it will be inspected by diamonds.com. Items not in original condition and/or packaging, showing signs of wear, or that have been personalized with engraving will not be accepted for return.
